Eight week Mindfulness course for Health & Wellbeing

Do you often find your mind wandering?  When it does, do you find yourself veering towards negative thoughts that lead you to feelings of anxiety?

You’re not alone, the average person spends almost half their time on autopilot and research has shown this often leads to negative thoughts and always results in lower levels of happiness than being in the present moment.

This eight week mindfulness for health and wellbeing helps us take a step back and look at where we are using our finite energy, and teaches skills that can help us take control back of our thinking mind, and to respond to it in a more helpful way.

After six weeks of practice you will have the skills and tools to continue your practice and you will already be experiencing the benefits of mindfulness including:

👍Higher levels of wellbeing

👍Less reactivity to stress

👍Alleviation of feelings of anxiety and depression

👍Higher brain functioning and skills that help with decision making and other reasoning skills

👍Better emotional regulation

👍Higher levels of happiness

👍Better sleep

👍Improved relationships

👍Better intuition & ability to pick up on the intelligence of the body
