How this course differs from traditional vision boarding courses

Traditional vision boarding courses sometimes face criticisms for their superficial goal-setting approach, focusing predominantly on material aspirations rather than deeper, intrinsic goals. They tend to lack depth in self-reflection and personalisation, potentially leading to goals that don't fully resonate with an individual's true values or life circumstances.

Crafting Your Vision with Intention and Creativity

Where creativity meets intentionality. In this session, participants bring their newfound self-awareness into the tangible realm by creating their vision boards. This process is more than just selecting images; it's a mindful exercise in visualising and cementing aspirations.

Session 4

Vision in Action: Transforming Aspirations into Achievements

In the final session of the Mindful Vision Boarding Course, the focus shifts from creation to activation. This session is dedicated to turning the vision board from a static display into a dynamic tool for real-life manifestation. Participants learn how to integrate their vision boards into daily life and use them as a springboard for taking concrete steps towards their goals.
