One to one mindfulness coaching 

Hi, I'm Diane and I would love to share the benefits of mindfulness based coaching with you. 

Below you will find some of the most popular areas I use mindfulness to help with. You can choose to focus on one of these areas or we can work together to design a course tailored to your exact needs. 

For all mindfulness coaching options you can choose single sessions or blocks of 4 or 8 sessions. 

Mindfulness for stress & resilience

Stress is common and there are times in our lives when we all feel overwhelmed with the intensity of stress.

We can't change, at least in the short term, the amount of stress we are under but we can build our resilience to it by harnessing the power of stress. This enables us to perform at our best and learn tools to avoid exhaustion and burnout. 

Having these tools at our fingertips has a major impact on the amount of anxiety we feel which has an overall positive impact on our levels of happiness and wellbeing. 

Our sessions will be completely tailored to your needs and will draw upon a mix of coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT,) mindfulness and meditation. This will depend on your needs and preferences.

Mindfulness through change

Sometimes we need a little help with our mindset to enable us to negotiate change and the challenges that life throws our way.  This is not therapy or counselling but your chance to be guided through how to use mindfulness and meditation to help you feel more positive and to gain the clarity to move forward in the best way possible. 

Ideal for major stressful life events such as weddings, new jobs, relocation, grief and loss, divorce, empty nest syndrome or menopause.

Mindfulness for calm & contentment

Learn how to embrace mindfulness in a way that brings more calm and contentment into your life. We look at how to go from fear and anxiety and always chasing your tail to calm and contentment where there is always enough time and energy for the things that truly matter.

Take a step back from the routines you blindly follow each day and looking inward at what you desire and how to look after yourself. This helps us work towards creating a life fully lived by the real you, and one of no regrets.
