What will I learn? 

You will learn how to be more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour; how to use this awareness to make wiser choices; how to handle difficult emotions such as anger or sadness; and how to cope with stress.

We will looks at tools to rewire for positivity, helping you find freedom from anxiety and a sense of calm, contentment and happiness.

Mindfulness gives us clarity and the ability to focus and be fully present with each experience. This helps us become more productive in our work while also giving us the freedom from thoughts about work in our personal time which helps us gain balance and stronger connections with the people, places and experiences around us.  

Each week there will be a 60 minute coaching session where we will include:

  • A guided meditation
  • Breathing or mindfulness exercise
  • Key learnings on the science of meditation & mindfulness
  • How to apply these to benefit you in everyday life

Why mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a great way to find balance in our lives even when we're too busy or too stressed out to think straight. With mindfulness, you'll have a toolkit that includes a range of skills that you can use when needed - in any situation - so that you have more control over your life and feeler calmer and able to enjoy the good things & people you connect with.
