Anyone who has downloaded a meditation app but despite best of intentions haven't used it much.

Dismounted meditators
More experienced meditators who used it in the past, know it made a huge difference but got out of the habit. I've met so many of you, and trust me, you can get back in the saddle!
This is for you if:
- You want to reduce worry, overthinking & would benefit from managing your emotions better.
- You feel overwhelmed with your workload and need to find some calm & balance.
- You are motivated to take action & will commit to 10 minutes each day for practice between Monday 6th and Friday 10th of December.
