As an entrepreneur balancing a busy home and work life Diane learned the value of mindfulness meditation. It helped her stay focused and calm at work and home. Investing in this practice was an act of self compassion that returned life changing results and the chance to feel calm, confident and very content. After sharing the benefits with friends and family Diane retrained as a Mindfulness Coach, as well as a CBT practitioner and now shares the benefits with as many people as possible.
